Projects
Everything here was built against a real home lab and released only when it was good enough to hand to someone else. No telemetry, no lock-in, and an honest note in every project about what it doesn't do. These are the tools behind the writing on this site.
A native desktop control panel that puts a whole homelab on one screen — Proxmox management, Prometheus metrics, media-stack status, an AI chat for any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and an embedded terminal. Eight themes, signed releases, no telemetry.
Field tools
Single-file HTML · no buildEleven browser tools for people who run their own servers. No signup, no tracking, no build step — bring your own AI model where one is needed, and save any tool to a USB stick and it still works.
Checks whether a gluetun + qBittorrent stack is actually moving traffic, not merely configured. A synced forwarded port is not the same as bytes arriving — deadair watches the half that fails silently.
Free clubs, classes and events for ages 6–18, collected automatically from public library and museum calendars. A small civic tool, refreshed weekly.
Revision Agreement
SpecificationA conformance spec for systems that answer from a copy: every read should report the revision it was served from, and disagreement should fail closed. Includes a checker and a ten-minute test you can run by eye.
